Gahumi leveraged its 31 years of manufacturing experience to meticulously address each challenge. our expert printing team utilized advanced fabric-printing techniques and conducted multiple proofing iterations, ensuring the client's design was perfectly replicated on the canvas. To meet the material thickness requirement, we quickly sourced and tested various canvas grades, providing options that perfectly matched the client's desired feel and durability. Crucially, our integrated manufacturing process, encompassing raw material center, sewing, and printing, allowed for an exceptionally streamlined workflow. We implemented an expedited sample production and approval process, followed by rapid bulk manufacturing, with continuous communication and progress updates provided to the client.
Gahumi not only met but significantly exceeded the client's expectations. The entire project, from design finalization to delivery of 300 custom canvas bags, was completed in just 11 days—meaning the entire order was shipped 2 days ahead of the original 15-day deadline.
